Hi, I’m Daniel aka VPA. After working in retail and owning my own business for 20+ years, then getting into endurance sports at the age of 40, I understand what hard work and commitment means. It takes a high level of both to be kind to your body and nourish it with vibrant nutritious foods.
I stumbled into the nutrition world after loosing my mother to an undiagnosed heart condition. I very naively became a “vegan” overnight when my doctor told me I was headed down the same path as my mother and he had no choice but to put me on medication for the rest of my life for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and pre diabetic symptoms.

Our initial session begins with a phone or video consultation overview of your current nutritional habit and your goals. Follow-up sessions revolve around targeted strategies to help you reach specified goals. Includes the 30 Day Whole Food, Plant Based Program as well as additional plant based education, weekly check-ins and unlimited text communication.
This four-week program is designed to ease your way into more plant based eating. It will ease inflammation, detox the body and help you gain more energy. It includes a meal planner for each week of the program. As well as shopping lists, MyFitnessPal barcode and recipes for every meal including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
